How do I choose the right size for my pet?
We offer sizes from Small to Extra Large. For the best fit, measure your pet from nose to base of tail and refer to our size guide. If they love to stretch out, we recommend sizing up to one size up for maximum comfort.
How do I clean my bed?
Our bed covers are machine washable. Simply unzip the cover and machine wash at 30 celcius below. Do not tumble dry. Air dry is recommended.
For daily care, simply spot clean with a damp cloth.
How long can the bed be used?
Unlike standard fiber-fill or cotton-fill beds that sag, we use a dual-layer structural foam base. It’s engineered to hold its shape for a lifetime, even when shared by pets and humans.
Is the bed waterproof?
Each Hello Monster mattress is protected by a water-resistant lining. This kit shields the interior foam from moisture, spills, and accidents, ensuring the core stays clean and dry.
Can I buy extra covers separately?
Absolutely. Our interchangeable covers are designed to be swapped whenever you want to refresh your home’s aesthetic or change your style without buying a whole new bed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available depending on your location and minimum order amount.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on customs and location.
Can I return an item?
While we do not offer refunds at this time, faulty products are eligible for free returns with a replacement provided. Please contact us within 10 days at hellomonsterbed@gmail.com or DM @hellomonsterbed on Instagram with your Order Number and photos of the affected products.
